One of the most important human needs is to be witnessed — to feel heard, seen, and supported. This is my wish for you. Through the strength of my clients sharing their stories and from my own experiences with repeated miscarriages, fertility treatment and motherhood, I have learned that each person’s story is unique and worth telling. I will support you wherever you are in the spectrum of womanhood—infertility, loss, pregnancy, birth trauma, postpartum, motherhood, and beyond. As a former doula turned therapist, I have spent the last decade supporting women.

I know these stages can be deeply challenging and isolating. Mental health often takes a toll, and life can feel overwhelming. I want you to know that you are not alone. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and provide each client with a thoughtful and personalized treatment plan. The key is finding what works best for you.

Being your therapist is an honour that I take very seriously. I am in awe of the strength it takes to get the help you need, and you should feel proud for taking this step. Your goals and hopes are at the core of my heart, and I look forward to being part of your healing journey.
